For some reason... once in awhile it still works even without a dead ally nearby... weird isn't it?.. But I think they have to be right inside of the aggro circle, that's the limit.

ouch! Within aggro circle only? In that case, practically useless... or, rather almost impossible to use. I'm sad now.
Also does "I WILL AVENGE YOU" stack with "FRENZY" making you attack even faster?

Well if that is true and you are a warrior at least I think that is a warrior skill. Why should it matter? You should be able to kill them. If you had to why not just sprint away?

However you need to consider that, whenever one of your ally dies, your party is in a dangerous state of failing the mission. This is why you use that skill: trying to turn the battle to your favour again. This is the point of "I will avenge you!"

I've been using "I WILL AVENGE YOU" on a few quests/missions and I've been very displeased with the skill.
I've noticed that I need to be within half an aggro circle (which is very small) of my dead allies to trigger the skill. In some situations, the skill doesn't trigger at all! In one instance, I had to stand right next to my dead ally to activate the skill and for some odd reason, the skill still only lasted 10 seconds even though there were two other dead allies around me.

How often do you find more than two dead allies next to each other? Almost never unless they were really incompetent. From my experience, "I WILL AVENGE YOU" rarely last longer than 10 seconds which I find is not long enough to do damage in battle to tip the favor back to your team.
Perhaps I'm doing sometime wrong or using the ability the wrong way but unless changes are made to the skill, "I WILL AVENGE YOU" should be renamed to "I WILL WASTE A SKILL SLOT"

I had this skill a while in my Illusionary Weaponary build [33% attack speed], and i notised that you cant really use it. When I really needed it [start of a Battle] there isnt any ally dead nearby.

=] Got updated with the PvPX patch. Eh... still not great. It's pretty neat to use in PvE (especially with henchies since they tend to die alot ) but aside from that, another worthless skill in PvP (yet!).

I nearly took hoh with a build where we had 3 wars with i will avenge you, 1 monk with light of dwayna, and 4 bip sac necroes. We just had the 4 necroes die together, the wars use i will avenge you, the monks use light of dwayna to bring them all back up. Also, the monk had qz down to speed the recharge on i will avenge you. The wars basically were invincible havoc.

Isn't that kinda risky? If the other group brough Frozen Soil, it's an 8 on 4 fight with the enemy at full energy...

there is no longer any distance req for this skill. i've used it when teammates where dead across the map. this spell should be on any good warrior. it will last so long with more than 1 dead ally and gives you plenty of time and survival to res yourself. take to HoH and it becomes that much better.
i will admit it doesn't get used as much as my other skills but when i need it its nice to know its there.

It was changed to radar range last weekend. (check the updates page)
This skill is actually pretty awesome. Warriors usually die last, after all...
